The place deserved 3 stars. It was in a central location, excellent to dog-friendly North beach. Plus, it was not far from all bars and shops, the town centre and shops pubs and restaurants😀

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming seaside B&B. The staff could not have been more helpful and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the shops and close to the sea, offering beautiful views from the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the price was very reasonable.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The room was welcoming and huge, had facilities we needed. The location was lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from a landscaped park.

The hotel's location was brilliant, just a short walk from the shops and a good 15-minute stroll to the harbour. It was also nice and quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service with clean, comfortable and warm rooms. The breakfast was first class, one of the best we've had in Scarborough for years.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The bedding had stains and cobwebs were visible in the corners of the room.

Speaking of the room, it had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable break, including a lovely ensuite bathroom and a stunning sea view overlooking Northbay. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast - it was delicious and there was plenty of choice to fuel me for the day.
